The Blend at Three Mile Harbor in East Hampton will be open on Christmas Eve and is offering two menus — “The Feast of Seven Fishes” for $140 per person (wine pairing an additional $45), as well as a “Holiday Special Menu” with ala carte items. The restaurant will be closed Christmas Day.
The Blend is also serving a four-course prix fixe menu for New Year's Eve dinner with two seatings — 6 p.m. ($85 per person with added wine pairing addition $40) and 9 p.m. ($100 dinner only or $140 per person with a bottle of Prosecco).

Lulu Kitchen & Bar in Sag Harbor is offering several Christmas and New Year’s Eve takeout menus to celebrate at home without all the cooking. From full dinner menus to platters, canapes and a la carte items, Lulu has the holiday meal covered. In addition, the pastry team will be preparing traditional house-made Bûche de Noël cakes for the holiday. The chocolate sponge cake layered with dark chocolate mousse, brandied cherry and white chocolate mousse is made in two sizes: $65 for 2 to 4 people and $120 for 6 to 10 people. Orders must be placed at least 48 hours before Christmas Eve. There are a limited amount of cakes available. Holiday orders over $400 will receive a complimentary $50 gift card to use during a future visit to Lulu.

The 1770 House Restaurant & Inn presents a Holiday Feast To Go by Chef Michael Rozzi including choice of ready-to-cook, expertly trimmed and tied roast; three ready-to-reheat cooked sides; and dessert.
Though the restaurant will be closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, fans of The 1770 House can enjoy a holiday feast prepared by Chef Rozzi in their own home.
The special dinner package serves up to six for $500 plus optional enhancements. Orders must be made by Sunday, December 18, by calling 631-324-1770 and picked up on Friday, December 23, between 1 and 3 p.m.
All that needs cooking is the chosen roast, expertly trimmed and tied with oven instructions. Selections include pastured Oregon beef tenderloin; Berkshire pork standing rib roast; or boneless leg of free-range Australian lamb.
Accompanying each roast are three cooked sides needing only reheating. Included are Balsam Farms root vegetable gratin with potatoes, sweet potatoes, caramelized onions and Gruyere cheese; creamed spinach with toasted marrow-butter crumbs; and roasted Brussels sprouts.
Dessert selections are Chef Rozzi’s signature rustic local apple crostata with Marcona almonds and vanilla gelato; or tiramisu with espresso-soaked ladyfingers, creamy mascarpone and cocoa powder.
Enhancements to start the feast are available for an additional charge. Available are perfectly poached shrimp with horseradish cocktail sauce and lemon, $35 per dozen; and lobster bisque with tarragon and brandy, $40 per quart.

Baron’s Cove in Sag Harbor is offering special menus both for Christmas Dinner and New Year’s Eve celebrations.
The four course prix fixe Christmas Dinner will be served from 3 to 9 p.m. for $125 per person. The menu includes a choice of appetizer, goat cheese tartlet, shrimp cocktail or crab cakes; clam chowder or winter greens salad; an entrée of prime rib, Beach Plum Farm glazed ham, halibut with lemon risotto, or wild mushrooms and pappardelle; for dessert, lava cake, apple bread pudding or New York style cheesecake.
The New Year’s Eve menu begins with a choice of seared local fois gras, or shrimp cocktail; second course is a choice of potato and leek soup or Nantucket bay scallops; third course choices are lobster gnocchi, spiced lamb chop, shallot-crusted seared tuna or roasted cauliflower steak; for dessert, choices are red wine poached pear with lemon sorbet and fresh fruit, chai crème brûlée or New York style cheesecake with local honey and fresh berries.
