Daily Duties:
• Communication with clients, project managers, sales staff.
• Communicating of construction timeline
• Invoice/collect payment milestones
• Request permit applications & supporting documents
• Provide final documentation package to the client
• General office duties including banking, accepting deliveries, sorting & scanning mail received, phone coverage & other duties as directed.

PROJECT ACCOUNTANT — We’re looking for a Project Accountant with strong skills in communication, organization, and analysis, along with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, QuickBooks, and sales tax processes. You should have 3-5 years of relevant experience and live east of the canal due to seasonal commuting.
Responsibilities:
Make sure client invoices are sent on time based on project payment schedules.
Create detailed invoices and reports for project activities.
Check project accounts monthly for accuracy and profitability.
Organize subcontractor documents like agreements and insurance.
Review and input timecards for accuracy in QuickBooks.
Set up new clients and projects in our system.
Input vendor payments accurately in QuickBooks.
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary ranges $70,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually, depending on experience. We offer competitive benefits.

Must be knowledgeable/ certified Wilson Language Training Educator with experience teaching Fundations, and Just Words. Prior professional development with TC Advancing Literacy (formally Teachers College) is preferred.
