Want to buy a home and don’t know where to start?

In partnership with the Southampton Town Housing Department, Community Development Long Island will hold a First-Time Homebuyer Education Course on Saturday, October 25, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Hampton Bays Community Center, located at 25 Ponquogue Avenue.

The full-day course, led by industry professionals, focuses on all aspects of buying a home, from renting versus buying, budget and credit, loans, home inspection, insurance, and more.
