Therapy is in session — but likely not the kind you’re thinking.

On Saturday, four landscape experts will come together to discuss nature-based land care, water quality and native plants during a landscape therapy workshop starting at 10 a.m. at Peconic Baykeeper in Hampton Bays.

The guest speakers are Perfect Earth Project founder Edwina von Gal, Peconic Baykeeper Pete Topping, Vicki Bustamante, co-owner of Warren’s Nursery and Third House Nature Center and in Montauk, and Polly Weigand, founder of Long Island Native Plant Initiative.

After the workshop, Topping and Bustamante will lead an optional, hourlong hike to Penny Pond in Hubbard County Park. Admission is free and walk-ins are welcome, but registration is encouraged. Space is limited.
