Saunders & Associates

Vincent Horcasitas has joined Saunders & Associates. Mr. Horcasitas, formerly of Prudential Douglas Elliman, is a 15-year resident of East Hampton and a seasoned real estate professional. He has been hired as a senior vice president at Saunders and will work in the Bridgehampton office.

In 2007 and 2008, Mr. Horcasitas was Prudential Douglas Elliman’s number one producer for all of Long Island. He was recognized as the second top producer on Long Island for 2006 for the firm and additionally, he was Prudential’s top producer Hamptons broker for four of the last six years. Chris Coleman, formerly of The Corcoran Group, has also joined Saunders.

Mr. Coleman joins Saunders with seven years of experience in real estate on the East End of Long Island. He was named Montauk’s top Corcoran producer three years in a row—in 2009, 2010 and 2011. Town & Country

Julie Crowley has joined the Southampton office of Town and Country Real Estate. The East Quogue resident was previously associated with Coldwell Banker Prestigious Properties.

Ron Katz of Remsenburg has joined the Westhampton Beach office of Town & Country Real Estate. He was formerly with Scala Custom Properties in Remsenburg.
