Luxury home sales from 2015 are still trickling in as transactions are finalized in the new year. An oceanfront parcel on Potato Lane in Sagaponack sold for $14.35 million on December 23.

Owner Melissa Meyer sold the .82-acre property at 1 Potato Lane to 1 Potato Lane," a domestic limited liability company that was created in December and whose principals are unclear. Ms. Meyer purchased the house in 2010 for $3.5 million and apparently built a new modern home in its stead. Listing photos show a brand new home, which differ dramatically from photos of a weathered home in 2013, three years after Ms. Meyer's purchase, according to public documents.

Located on an L-shaped, dead-end road, heading south off Daniel's Lane, the more than 3,000-square-foot home has four bedrooms, 4.5 baths, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and a back balcony with stairs that lead down to the outdoor swimming pool and deck that overlooks the beach. There is also private access to the beach.
