Jon Vaccari, a longtime resident of Sag Harbor, has joined Noble Black & Partners at Douglas Elliman. He will be based out of Elliman’s Southampton office, joining Elliman from Hedgerow Exclusive Properties.

An accomplished real estate professional and celebrated interior designer, Vaccari brings a rare combination of transactional expertise and elevated design sensibility, cultivated over a dynamic career in New York, Miami and New Orleans, according to Elliman. His background is in advertising sales, property development and historic restoration.

Vaccari’s interior design work has been featured in Architectural Digest, Martha Stewart Living, Veranda and Departures. His past projects include residential conversions, new construction and restoration of landmark properties.

“Jon’s design eye and market insight are unparalleled,” Noble Black said. “He shares our ethos of diligence, integrity, and discretion — qualities that define our approach to serving discerning buyers and sellers.”

“Joining Noble Black & Partners felt like a natural next step,” Vaccari said. “This team brings a level of sophistication, collaboration, and client dedication that deeply resonates with me. I’m excited to help expand the team’s presence in the Hamptons and continue serving this extraordinary market with the elevated service it deserves.”

Hamptons Rental Market Remains Alive and Well

To paraphrase Mark Twain, reports of the demise of the Hamptons summer-rental market are greatly exaggerated. “Any hint that the Hamptons rental market is anything but robust is completely wrong,” said Corcoran associate broker Gary DePersia in East Hampton. An interesting dynamic is stirring in the Hamptons vacation-rental market. Although there has been an unprecedented rise in short-term rentals and the aftershocks of the COVID-19 pandemic linger, it has been a bumper crop year for Wall Street, interest rates have remained steady and a new breed of demanding customer is emerging. Despite it all, the Hamptons vacation-rental market remains as ... 19 Jun 2025 by Joseph Finora
