In 2022, the early 1920s house, barn and four other structures at 100 Glover Street — from the old Cilli family farm in Sag Harbor, a working dairy until the family sold off the herd in the 1970s — were approved to be torn down to make way for a two-lot residential subdivision.
As of September 24, one of those homes has sold — to the tune of $13 million.
Envisioned by DeMarco Development with design by Craft Modern, the 4,960-square-foot home was listed by Bespoke Real Estate as a precompletion, five-bedroom modern farmhouse situated on 0.62 acres of historic land.
It abuts 9 acres of scenic preserve on two sides, offering a serene and picturesque setting.
“100 Glover is a one-of-a-kind location with deep ties to Sag Harbor’s history,” Bespoke founding portfolio manager Sam Kelly said. “This home has set a new bar in the village.”
