The address is 3 Farrell Court, on a cul-de-sac off Deerfield Road, and it was offered fully furnished and with home automation.

Enter at the double-height foyer with a sight line through the living room to the pool and south-facing gardens. The living room adjoins a chef’s kitchen with an eat-in area. There is also a formal dining room, a den, a en-suite bedroom, a powder room and a mudroom on the first floor, which accesses an attached three-car garage.

The property last changed hands in 2013 for $4.1 million, according to town property records.
