We have had a few warmer days mixed in with the cooler ones during the past couple of weeks. Then the weather falls back into the same pattern we have been having: wind and rain — a weekly event for the past several months. If you throw in a few nights in the 30s with frost warnings, it seems we will never have spring. The flowers and shrubs say it’s spring, and most of us have already mowed our lawns. We are still experiencing some scary weather. Last week’s storm saw tides as high as when Sandy hit. There were heavy winds up to 60 mph in some places. Let’s not forget days of rain. We all know about April showers, but we seem to be in a pattern of wind and rain every week, lasting for months. It could be worse — if we had snow like New England.
