Yony Lazo Vasquez, 39, a Sag Harbor resident, was charged by Sag Harbor Village Police with misdemeanor DWI around midnight on Saturday. Police said Lazo Vasquez was driving a Toyota Highlander erratically on Jermaine Avenue, at which point a police cruiser began trailing him, finally pulling him over just yards from his driveway, the arrest report indicates. Lazo Vasquez appeared intoxicated and failed sobriety tests before being placed under arrest, according to police.
