Ward, a 58-year-old man who police said was undomiciled, was arrested by Sag Harbor Village Police on August 28 at 8:30 p.m. and charged with unlawful imprisonment, a misdemeanor. According to Village Police, earlier in August, Ward was found in the home of a former acquaintance who asked him to leave, telling him he was unwelcome.
