Chamale Guillermo, 29, of Flanders was arrested by Southampton Town Police on November 14 at 10:51 p.m. on the corner of Flanders Road and Flanders Boulevard in Flanders. He was charged with DWI, driving without a license, both misdemeanors, as well as failing to yield right-of-way and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle on a highway, both violations. According to police, Mr. Guillermo hit another vehicle at the intersection and there were no injuries, and he was still in the driver’s seat when the responding officer arrived.
