The Westhampton Beach Fire Department hosted a Spooky Walk inside the department’s Sunset Avenue headquarters on October 31. More than five hundred adults and children wandered through the darkened apparatus floor where they came face to face with an angry gorilla, a terrifying dragon, and an assortment of frightening folk. After their time of terror those who completed the walk were rewarded with a bag of candy. The walk was designed and constructed by the department’s Ladies Auxiliary. They were assisted in the effort by the department’s juniors and adult members. COURTESY WESTHAMPTN BEACH FIRE DEPARTMENT
