Hampton Bays School District residents will be asked to vote for a $67,495,698 budget for the 2025-26 school year on Tuesday, May 20. The spending plan is a 2.16 percent, or $1,427,298, increase from the current year’s budget of $66,068,400 and comes with a 3.32 percent, or $1,650,194, tax levy increase, from $49,723,021 to $51,373,215, which is compliant with the state’s cap on tax levy increases.
