Edward J. Hogan of Hampton Bays died on November 26, 2019. He was 81.
Mr. Hogan was a senior vice-president at Mastercard International for 33 years and a member of the senior management group for 20 years. Prior to joining Mastercard, Mr. Hogan was a special agent of the U.S. Justice Department for four years. He also served his country for four years as a lieutenant junior grade in the United States Navy. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
Mr. Hogan is survived by his wife of 52 years, Theresa; his brother, Frank; and sisters, Mary Wieser and Anne Noyes. He was predeceased by his sister, Kathleen; and brothers, Michael and William. He is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visiting took place on Friday, November 29, at the R. J. O’Shea Funeral Home in Hampton Bays. A funeral Mass took place on Saturday at the Church of St. Rosalie. Burial of ashes will be at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
