Edythe V. Mullen
Edythe V. Mullen, a resident of Hampton Bays for 35 years, died at the Peconic Bay Medical Center on Thursday, September 8. She was 75.
Ms. Mullen owned the Old Country Charm Store in Southold for 28 years.
She is survived by her children, Brian Mullen of Connecticut and Duane Zukas of Laurel; and siblings, William Rose of Douglaston, Richard Rose of Pennsylvania, and Margaret Salisbury of Alaska; and a grandson, Zachary Mullen. She was predeceased by her husband Charles F. Mullen in 1995.
A memorial service was conducted by Reverend Daniel Harris of Hampton Bays at the J. Ronald Scott Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 13. Interment next to her husband followed at Good Ground Cemetery in Hampton Bays.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson Research, Tribute Gifts, Church Street Station, New York, NY 10008, would be appreciated by the family.
