Georgia Marie DeWeil
Georgia Marie DeWeil, 76, of Beaufort, North Carolina, formerly of Southampton, died on Friday, June 22, at home. She was 76.
Mrs. DeWeil was born on May 18, 1936, in Springfield Gardens to Frederick and Edith Heimberger Forrest. She was a kind and giving person who displayed warmth and class along with a great sense of humor, survivors said.
She is survived by two daughters, Lynn René DeWeil of Florida, and Donna DeWeil of Beaufort; a sister, Edith Rothschild of North Carolina; a granddaughter, Heather Hamling and her husband John of North Carolina; and four great-grandchildren, Michael Hamling, Robert Hamling, Preston Hamling and Ella Hamling.
She was predeceased by her husband, Andrew DeWeil; a sister, Virginia Forrest; and brothers, James Forrest and Frederick Forrest.
