Francene Schramm Of Westhampton Beach Dies August 14

Francene Schramm

Francene Schramm of Westhampton Beach died on August 14 at the Westhampton Care Center. She was 81.

She was born on May 17, 1931, in Rutherford, New Jersey.

Ms. Schramm was predeceased by her husband of 51 years, John. She is survived by her three sons, Steven and his wife Tania of Speonk, Robert and his wife Lyin of Maine, and John and his wife Dolores of Mastic; three grandchildren, Marianne, Alycia and Nicolas; two sisters, Jeanne and her husband Sergio, and Eleanor, both of Ridge.

The family received friends on Thursday, August 16, at the Follett and Werner Funeral Home in Westhampton Beach. A funeral Mass was held on August 17 at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Westhampton Beach. Burial was at Calverton National Cemetery alongside her husband.

William Campos Lopez, 26, of Speonk was arrested on December 8, at 3:40 a.m., by Quogue Village Police charged him with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. He was pulled over after being observed speeding and failing to maintain his lane on Montauk Highway, police said.
