I’ve known Louis Jones for over 70 years, and I’ve never found him to be mean or hurtful to any animal [“District Attorney Challenges Town Ruling That Dog Be Returned to Owner Accused of Abuse,” 27east.com, June 19]. He loves his dogs and treats them like family.
I find it disturbing that he has been accused of animal cruelty. That is not the Louis Jones that I know.
