Rose Laico Dies At 83

Rose Laico

Rose Laico of Manhattan and Water Mill died on Wednesday, June 29, from complications of a brain hemorrhage. She was 83.

Ms. Laico was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother.

She is survived by a daughter, Catherine Alnwick and a son, Christopher Laico; four grandchildren, Lisa Alnwick, Nicholas Laico, Christopher Laico and Jesse Laico; and many friends whose lives she touched in so many loving ways.

She was predeceased by her husband, John J. Laico, and her oldest son, John J. Laico Jr.

Visitation was held on Friday, July 1, at the O’Connell Funeral Home in Southampton. A funeral Mass was held on Saturday, July 2, at Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary Roman Catholic Church in Southampton. Interment followed at Sacred Hearts of Jesus & Mary Cemetery also in Southampton.

The person stated to Westhampton Beach Village Police that the postcard had disturbing and false information regarding a finch bird.
