Susan M. Jaccard of Hampton Bays died on January 20 at Southampton Hospital. She was 69.
Ms. Jaccard was born on July 24, 1946, to John and Kathryn Lang. She was an active member of the Church of St. Rosalie in Hampton Bays.
Ms. Jaccard is survived by her husband of 45 years, Paul A. Jaccard; three children, Ellen Barry and husband Kevin of Manorville, John Paul “J.P.” Jaccard and wife Samantha of Flanders, and Michael S. Jaccard of Hampton Bays; a daughter-in-law, Antonia Mennis of Hampton Bays; and four grandchildren, Hannah Jaccard, John Paul Jaccard Jr., Sean Barry and Mila Jaccard. She is also survived by a brother, James Lang of Michigan; two sisters, Mary Lynch and husband Robert of Mt. Sinai and Claire Lang of Farmingville; and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by a sister, Patricia Lang.
Visiting was on January 25 at the J. Ronald Scott Funeral Home in Hampton Bays with a prayer service by Deacon Chris Ervin. A funeral Mass was held on January 26 at the Church of St. Rosalie. Burial followed at Calverton National Cemetery.
