Teresa Ann Foster Dies At 84

Teresa Ann Foster

Teresa Ann Foster of Maryland, formerly of East Quogue, died at the Baltimore Washington Medical Center on Friday, March 23. She was 84.

Ms. Foster was born on July 18, 1927, in Brooklyn to Michael Ryan and Catherine (McCartin) Ryan.

The highlights of Ms. Foster’s professional career were her years of service as a New York Superior Court clerk and sheriff’s deputy.

She will be very much missed by her family and friends, survivors said.

She is survived by her son, Bryan Foster; nieces and nephew, Kathy Hachey, Judith Aubin, Maureen Ryan, and James Grefig; two grandchildren and one great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her son, Gene Foster; and siblings, Katherine Grefig and Michael Ryan.

All services will be private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Donaldson Funeral Home and Crematory in Maryland.

Southampton DWI Arrests for the Week of December 12

William Campos Lopez, 26, of Speonk was arrested on December 8, at 3:40 a.m., by Quogue Village Police charged him with aggravated DWI, a misdemeanor. He was pulled over after being observed speeding and failing to maintain his lane on Montauk Highway, police said.
