A buyer representative is a cooperating agent who legally represents the real estate buyer. He or she generally does so under a buyer representation agreement, much like a traditional real estate broker represents the seller under a listing agreement. The buyer agent’s role is to be the advocate for the purchaser in the real estate transaction.
Each agent completes three
days of extensive training to earn the CBR designation.

Engel & Völkers is one of the world’s largest real estate
brokers, with an international network of more than 570

access to international properties and investors alike. In
Southampton, Engel & Völkers offers its services for the sale, acquisition and lease of residential and commercial properties, and is located at 20 Main
Street. For more information, call 287-9260.
