Agency News: Alexis Meadows Joins Michael Lorber Team at Douglas Elliman

Alexis Meadows has joined the Michael Lorber Team, a top-ranking real estate team at Douglas Elliman with over $2 billion in closed deals to date.

Meadows will be based out of Douglas Elliman’s Westhampton Beach office. She was previously with NOFO Real Estate, which was recently acquired by Engel & Völkers.

“Ranked among the top 1.5 percent of all agents nationwide by RealTrends and recognized as one of the East End’s top performers with a growing footprint in coastal Florida, Manhattan and Brooklyn, Alexis is client-centric, strategic and highly skilled in transactions and negotiations,” Douglas Elliman stated.

Meadows has spent decades on the Peconic Bay and has expertise in selling waterfront properties on both the North and South forks. Her family has resided for generations on the East End. An avid boater, foodie and lover of the outdoors, she is passionate about the area’s unique lifestyle, takes full advantage of its wonders and finds joy in helping others do the same, according to Douglas Elliman.

The award-winning Michael Lorber Team was co-founded by Michael Lorber and Alexander Boriskin, and the team’s Hamptons arm also includes Adam Hofer, based out of Elliman’s Southampton office.

In 2023, The Michael Lorber Team was ranked as the firm’s No. 5 team in the Hamptons by gross commission income and the No. 4 team by sales volume. Nationwide, the team was ranked as the firm’s No. 5 large team by both gross commission income and sales volume.
