Mickey Drexler, the chief executive of J. Crew and the owner of a number of East End properties, is listing a waterfront home in Wainscott for $26.5 million.
The 2.3-acre property, which went on the market several weeks ago, has 315 feet of ocean frontage in the backyard and “gorgeous” views of Wainscott Pond in front of a 3,500-square-foot traditional home, according to Douglas Elliman. The house has three bedrooms, two baths and two half-baths, with water views from pretty much everywhere inside.
In addition to 120 Beach Lane in Wainscott, Mr. Drexler also owns oceanfront property in Montauk, the former estate of Andy Warhol known as Churches, as well as the Deep Hollow Ranch south of Montauk Highway in Montauk.
