CNBC anchor Carl Quintanilla and his wife, Judy Chung, have purchased a new Bridgehampton home in Continental Pinewood Development Partners’ Barn & Vine development.

Listed for $3,325,000, the property at 25 Barn Lane—or Lot 34—is one of Barn & Vine’s customized “Manor” models, with 7 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms, an “open and airy” floor plan and a finished lower level. The residence is 4,269 square feet, and among the amenities on the 0.96-acre property are a gunite pool and a bluestone patio.

Mr. Quintanilla currently co-anchors “Squawk on the Street” and anchors “Squawk Alley,” both of which broadcast live from the New York Stock Exchange. He spent six years as a Wall Street Journal reporter before joining the NBC family in 1999. Among his credits are covering the Beijing and London Olympics, the reconstruction of post-war Iraq and the 2004 U.S. presidential campaign. He also was part of NBC’s team coverage of Hurricane Katrina, spending several weeks in New Orleans, and sharing the team’s accolades for their work: an Emmy, an RTNDA Edward R. Murrow Award and a Peabody Award.

Ms. Chung had been a producer for both CNBC and MSNBC and now works for Ralph Lauren as a design manager.

Continental Pinewood Development Partners is a joint venture between property development and management firm Continental Ventures and Long Island builder Pinewood Development. McDonough & Conroy Architects of Islandia was responsible for the building design, and Mabley Handler, based in Water Mill, was responsible for the interior design.

The property was listed exclusively with Aaron Curti, Raphael Avigdor and James Peyton of Douglas Elliman Real Estate.
