Art of Eating on Montauk Highway will offer a take-home Thanksgiving menu based on organic local fare. The Living Room Restaurant on Main Street will celebrate Thanksgiving with a slow food feast from noon to 8:30 p.m., which will include four courses for $85, with the option for sommelier wine pairings with each course for an additional $45. The menu will also be available in children’s portions for $40. Third course entrée choices will include: traditional heritage turkey dinner with all the fixings, local fluke with lemon caper sauce, grilled Berkshire pork tenderloin with apple ginger compote, grilled Angus hanger steak with bordelaise sauce or hand-cut fettuccine with mushroom bolognese (vegetarian). Hampton Market on Race Lane will have three different to-go Thanksgiving packages to choose from, as well as sides, appetizers, soups and pies. The packages, which include a whole turkey, an assortment of sides, gravy and cranberry sauce are $179.99 for six to eight people and $279.99 for 10 to 12 people. There is also an option for a roast chicken with all the sides for $49.99, feeding up to four people. All orders must be picked up by noon on Thanksgiving Day. 329-7000.

Southampton Publick House on Bowden Square will serve a traditional three-course American dinner from 1 to 7 p.m. Second course entrée choices will include turkey, roasted pork loin, grilled swordfish or lobster risotto.
