Local chefs, winemakers, brewers, farmers and fishermen will band together for the inaugural SEED (Sustainable East End Development) fundraiser, sharing their eats and refreshments during a tasting event on Sunday, September 28, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Westhampton Country Club in Westhampton Beach.
Proceeds will benefit the Slow Food East End’s Edible Garden Project, the American Culinary Federation’s Long Island “Chefs Move To School” scholarship fund, and other sustainable efforts in the Hamptons.
