From Mookji Art in Shanghai to Cube Gallery in London to MM Fine Art in Southampton, Market Art + Design will present a variety of art galleries from across the globe.

Market Art + Design, an art fair returning for its ninth edition, will showcase galleries, furniture and object-oriented design at the Bridgehampton Museum. The events, taking place in a “museum-quality pavilion” will kick off on Friday, July 5, and continue through Sunday, July 7.

“This is our largest edition to date,” said Kelly Freeman, the director of the art fair. “We have 90 galleries from around the world”

This year’s program of featured installations will include Brandon Lomax from Timothy Yarger Fine Art, located in Beverly Hills, California, with his project “Population,” depicting the nuclear family through sculpture. Kevin Barrett is also featured with his three-dimensional collection. He’s from C Fine Art in Bridgehampton. Janet Lehr Fine Arts in East Hampton will present a talk on July 6 at 2 p.m. by artist Mym Tuma about her long relationship with Georgia O’Keeffe.

“The art fair takes place in a 50,000-square-foot pavilion with an outdoor cafe and lots of convenient parking,” Ms. Freeman wrote via email. “Attendees can view presentations of fine art and design shown by 90 galleries from around the world. We’ll also have great food from local influencers and drinks by Coco&Co and Aperol.”

Among the event’s partners is the 2019 beneficiary partner, the Parrish Art Museum in Water Mill.

“We are always happy to give back to the community in which we work in,” Ms. Freeman said. “It’s really remarkable to work with such an incredible collection and incredible group of curators, so that’s really exciting for us. We will also be showing presentations by incredible local galleries.”

The fair comes from Art Market Productions (AMP), which hosts fairs in San Francisco, Seattle, Texas and elsewhere.

“AMP is a creative events firm that designs, builds, promotes and produces important cultural experiences worldwide,” Ms. Freeman said.

Artists and gallerists are drawn to the festival because, according to Ms. Freeman, of the “access to the incredible community of Hamptons-based collectors, curators, and art lovers!”

The events will kick off on July 5 for preview and VIP pass holders only from 1 to 6 p.m., with a party to follow until 10 p.m. On Saturday, July 6, Art Market + Design will be open from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.. Sunday, it will be open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tickets are available online at artmarkethamptons.com, starting at $25. The fair is located at 2368 Montauk Highway in Bridgehampton.
