The Hamptons real estate market is undoubtedly competitive, so real estate agents go to great feats to make a sale. Douglas Elliman agent Telly Karoussos—who is also part of a band called Hopefully Forgiven—combined his talents to find a buyer for 11 Indian Hill Road in East Hampton.

I have been wanting to do more narrative things for a long time," Mr. Karoussos. "I can't sit through the typical real estate video, so decided to do something more fun instead."

Mr. Karoussos showed off the five-bedroom, four-bathroom new build on YouTube in early September. The video—it was posted on Home Technology Experts of Southampton’s YouTube channel, which installed Control4 smart home features into the house—featured Mr. Karoussos singing and playing the guitar on the back porch.

The lyrics focused on the home’s 3,000-square-foot open floor plan, high ceilings, hardwood floors, finished basement, pool and pool house situated on 0.13 acres. A different kind of house tour is shown in the music video with children enjoying the home and outdoors—just a half-mile from village shops—alongside the typical aerial and landscape imagery.

The asking price for the video’s muse is just shy of $2 million.
