Her remaining days were spent as a resident of Cedar Lodge (Oasis) Nursing Home, following a stroke in 2011.

Ms. Harrison was predeceased by a sister, Lillian Miklautz of Austria. She is survived by her ex-husband, Roy Harrison; sons Mark Harrison of Hampton Bays and Gordon Harrison of Eastport; two grandchildren, Karl Harrison and Arlene Klein; and three great-grandchildren, Avery and Cole Klein and Eric Ilarraza Jr., all of Eastport.
