STEM BOWL WINNERS pose with Math teacher Christopher Scapellati and science teacher Amanda Burriesci Patrick Kamm of Wading River was deemed the winner of the 2020 STEM Bowl, a competition of challenges in Mathematics, Science and Technology. More than 10 members of the Southampton Town Police Department joined the Raynor Country Day School graduating class of 2020 in a game show competition. The police officers and sixth graders competed head-to-head in three rounds of Wheel of Fortune, Family Feud and Jeopardy. In the end of competition, the Southampton Town Police Department defeated the sixth-grader16,210 points to 13, 890 points.

AP U.S. History students at Westhampton Beach High School recently marked Black History Month by researching the Negro Baseball League and creating projects to display what they learned. Along with team names and player information, the projects explored the discrimination that the league members had faced.
