I am writing to call for the resignation of Congressman Lee Zeldin. He has violated his oath of office by voting to object to the legitimate results of the election, and his conduct post-election has been an embarrassment.
His vote to object on January 6 was made in spite of the fact that the results in Arizona and Pennsylvania had been tested in court and found to be completely without fraud. The changes made to the voting procedures in Pennsylvania had the full support of the Republican Party there, and it is true chutzpah for him to have called for any change to those outcomes.
I am truly humiliated to have Lee Zeldin as my congressman.
Please, Mr. Zeldin, do the responsible thing and resign now!
