Thursdays, December 2, 9, 16, 23 (series) (no class Dec. 30)
Don’t know when to get your workout in? This class is designed for both the caregiver AND children. Participation is a must! Caregivers will be given instructions for an exercise to be performed with their child or while their child is performing a task. This class will be both fun and challenging. All fitness levels are welcome!
Note: There will be no class on Thursday, December 30
