A shingle-style traditional by architect John Laffey built in 2005 in Bridgehampton recently went into contract with a last asking price of $12 million.

The residence sits on 1.4 acres at 105 Jobs Lane and comes with a two-story, 1,403-square-foot accessory structure.

The main house has 5,584 square feet of living space above grade plus a 3,794-square-foot finished lower level. There is wood flooring and custom millwork throughout, plus three wood-burning fireplaces.

The first floor includes an en-suite bedroom, two powder rooms, a TV area, a living room, a dining room and a kitchen outfitted with a Viking range, double oven, two Miele dishwashers, and Sub-Zero refrigerator and undercounter wine storage.

A master suite with an office, walk-in closets, private deck and a bathroom with a shower, tub and water closet is on the upper floor. Another en-suite bedroom also has its own deck, and there are two more en-suite bedrooms on top of that.

The lower level offers a gallery, a gym, a playroom, a bathroom, a powder room, a bedroom, a library and flexible space.

Among the amenities are a two-car garage, a heated Gunite pool, an outdoor shower, a half basketball court, a built-in barbecue and gated entry. There’s also room for a tennis court, the Bespoke listing notes.

Cody Vichinsky of Bespoke offered: “105 Jobs Lane is a private estate with classic charm and ample lawn space, ideal for moving in right away to explore the limitless potential to create your dream home with a full program of luxury amenities.”
