Six Westhampton Beach School District staff members were inducted into the district’s Quarter Century Club for dedicating 25 consecutive years of service to the district. Southampton High School recently brought back its traditional Welcome Back Beach Party, held at Coopers Beach in Southampton. Volunteers from Southampton Volunteer Ocean Rescue were on hand to lifeguard, and other emergency agencies were on call. Registration Open for Pre-K And Kindergarten at Southampton School District

Registration for pre-K and kindergarten at Southampton School district is open. Residents of the school district should call 631-591-4517 to schedule an appointment. Documentation will be required to prove age and residency. Children who will be 4 years old by December 1, 2025 are eligible for prekindergarten; those who are 5 years old by that date are eligible for kindergarten.
