Why should you support and vote yes? For the future of the village and for the children that are growing up here.

The school vote of November 3 is not for Astroturf or hazardous materials, or to destroy nonexisting wetland code. The vote is for acquisition of the Marsden lots, which the school can acquire at a good price. The vote is for our kids to practice sports in a safe environment at their school.

The vote indirectly will prevent developers from buying the land and building gigantic homes.

There is a process outlined by the School Board. It involves the experts, and plans to make the project move forward in a considerate manner. Planning financials, security, health and environmental considerations are on the table.

Let’s support our kids and give them the chance to practice sports safely on school property.

Let’s support our school district with the opportunity to expand the sports infrastructure and the school grounds for the kids of today and future generations.
