Associate broker Enzo Morabito, head of the Douglas Elliman Realty’s top-producing Enzo Morabito Team, has been tapped by residential builder The Beechwood Organization to serve as the exclusive sales and marketing partner at the Country Pointe Estates in Westhampton Beach.

“We’re at an exciting stage in construction at Country Pointe Estates and look forward to partnering with the Enzo Morabito Team on sales,” said Beechwood principal Steven Dubb in a statement. “We introduced this project preconstruction in 2022 with only floor plans and renderings. Now, as we near completion of our first model home, and the community has really started to take shape, the time feels right to kick off this next phase of development with a local market expert like Enzo.”

The new residential community will offer 22 single-family homes in five available styles, ranging from 2,700 to 6,000 square feet and four to seven bedrooms. Prices start at $1.95 million. New model homes are slated for completion this summer.

“We first worked with Enzo at Oneck Landing, our second Westhampton Beach development, overlooking Moriches Bay, which is now sold out,” Dubb added. “We were impressed with what Enzo accomplished there and his team’s strong command of the Westhampton Beach market. We look forward to working together again at Country Pointe Estates, where we are proud to be creating some of the area’s finest new homes in a location that has so much to offer.”

Country Pointe Estates is on the former site of Wholistic Tennis Academy, in walking distance to a train station, a five-minute drive to Main Street and Dune Road beaches, and 10 minutes to Gabreski Airport.

“We’re very honored to be working with The Beechwood Organization, one of the most prolific developers in New York, on sales for this very special community of homes,” Morabito said. “With resort-style amenities and brand-new construction that is fully customizable to fit all of your wants, there is nothing else comparable on the East End right now. In fact, there is very little inventory at all in terms of new construction homes west of the canal. You can count the active sales listings on one hand — and the demand for them remains high.”

The floor plans in the various models have open-concept great rooms and kitchens, first-floor primary bedrooms and full basements that are set up to be finished. Options are available for a swimming pool, outdoor living spaces, pool bathrooms and mudrooms.

Tips for Avoiding Rental Scams
