Sen Restaurant in Sag Harbor will host a spirit dinner on Sunday, March 12, at 6 p.m. featuring the world’s first superfood spirit Origen Vodka. The dinner will feature six courses with each course paired with an Origen cocktail.

“At Origen Holistic Spirits we have a slogan we live by, ‘Be a genius at the art of living.’ Sen’s elevated Japanese cuisine and Origen cocktail pairing menu nails our philosophy,” said Origen founder Amy Holmwood.

The menu at Sen includes Origen Vodkas paired with: a first course of grilled artichokes with a yuzu koshu; a second course of pickled Arctic char in a wasabi apple broth; a third course of mini donburi with Long Island kelp, Quail Hill Farm wheat berries, fried quail egg; fourth course of Naruto roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, red crab); fifth course of Acabonac Farm short rib with a wasabi celery root/parsnip puree, fennel salad citrus dressing; sixth course of kuzukiri (jelly noodles) with Origen Vodka macerated fruit and sorbet. Stinging nettle tea with Origen Corpse Reviver Shot.

Origen is a special vodka infused with a proprietary natural blend of elderberry, artichoke, muscadine grape and green tea. It is 100 percent plant-based with zero artificial flavors, colors, GMOs or additives. Origen is available locally at Sag Harbor Liquor, Wines by Morrell in East Hampton, Churchill’s in Bridgehampton, and Amagansett Wine & Spirits.

The cost of the dinner is $85 plus tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made by either calling the restaurant at 631-725-1774 or emailing info@senrestaurant.com. Sen Restaurant is at 23 Main Street in Sag Harbor.
