The dinner will feature six courses with each course paired with an Origen cocktail and ingredients from Ideal Fish, Acabonac Farms, Amber Waves Farm, and Flavour Fields Farms.

The menu includes Origen Vodkas paired with: a first course of grilled artichokes with a yuzu koshu; a second course of pickled Arctic char in a wasabi apple broth; a third course of mini donburi with Long Island kelp, Quail Hill Farm wheat berries, fried quail egg; fourth course of Naruto Roll (tuna, salmon, yellowtail, avocado, red crab); fifth course of Acabonac Farm short rib with a wasabi celery root/parsnip puree, fennel salad citrus dressing; sixth course of kuzukiri (jelly noodles) with Origen Vodka macerated fruit and sorbet. Stinging nettle tea with Origen Corpse Reviver Shot.
