Brown Harris Stevens has announced its 2022 company-wide and regional top deals, top individual agents, and top teams awards.

The announcement came during the season three premiere episode of “The Lead with Bess Freedman,” a video series in which the BHS CEO conducts interviews with industry leaders and other boldfaced names.

“Our world class agents continue to weather an ever-changing housing landscape with great success,” Freedman said. “After a record-breaking 2021 and first half of 2022, the 2023 housing market is shaping up to be a bit of a transition year as an improving economy and lower rates take hold. We are optimistic as buyers and sellers adjust to our new reality.”

Christopher Burnside of BHS’s Bridgehampton office was named the No. 3 top performer company-wide and No. 1 performer in the Hamptons, and Peter Turino and Shannan North of the East Hampton office ranked No. 9.

Based on gross commissions, the Cerio Natter Team was named the top team in the Hamptons. By office, the top performers were Turino and North in East Hampton, Jane Babcook in Sag Harbor, Lauren Battista in Westhampton, Cristina Mattos in Southampton and Andrea Ackerman in Bridgehampton.

Company-wide, the top outbound referral agent was Matthew Melinger, who works in Bridgehampton as well as the East Side of Manhattan.
