Ann Marie Deane of Southampton died on March 13 in Westhampton Beach. She was 70.

Born on May 26, 1952 in New York City to parents William Michael and Helen Theresa Deane, she was a Manhattan and Hamptons native.

She was a global real estate advisor and associate broker with Sotheby’s International Realty of Southampton. She was a parishioner of the Basilica Parish of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary in Southampton.

She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Boccagno; son-in-law Nicholas Boccagno; grandsons Henry William and Charles Deane; and brother Michael Deane. She also leaves behind her beloved pets Louie & Annie, Sunshine, and Pinky.

A visitation was held on Sunday, March 19, at the Brockett Funeral Home in Southampton. A funeral Mass was celebrated on March 20 at the Basilica Parish of the Sacred Hearts of Jesus and Mary. A celebration of life will be announced at a future date.
