A North Sea home fronting Wooleys Pond sold earlier this year for $6.5 million, fetching its asking price.

At 112 Wooleys Drive in Southampton Shores, the custom built home completed in 2004 comes with a private dock on the pond, which leads to Little Peconic Bay, and a three-car garage with a loft and full bathroom. The property is 1.3 acres.

The four-bedroom, five-bathroom residence with cathedral ceilings offers both an eat-in kitchen with marble countertops and a formal dining room.

Southampton Shores offers private tennis courts, a beach and a boat dock for its residents.

The seller was Josephine Cardone and the new owner is 112 Wooleys Drive LLC, according to Suffolk Vision Inc., which reported that the deal closed January 31.

Rosemary V. Bruno of Douglas Elliman had the listing.

“Fabulous sale of [a] wonderful waterfront home in prime Southampton Shores,” Bruno said. “Both the seller and buyer cooperated with me to accomplish this amazing sale. Congratulations to all involved.”
