Bedside Reading, which distributes custom-filled totes of summer beach reads, celebrates the lead up to summer’s end with a new selection of books that will be distributed to guests at East End hotels over the weekend of August 24.

Books being distributed include: “Unapologetically Enough” by Carrie Severson (self-empowerment), “The Truth About Horses” by Christy Cashman (young adult), “Cogitatio” by McKinley Aspen (adventure/sci-fi), “Calm and Sense” by Wendy Leeds (self-help) and “The Guest” by Emma Cline (thriller).

Each participating hotel will provide a Bedside Reading gift card with a unique QR code providing access to over 20 eBooks and audiobooks via an on-the-download program, where books change quarterly and are available 24/7 to every guest.

“We are celebrating the end of summer in the Hamptons with our new collection of books,” said Jane Ubell-Meyer, founder of Bedside Reading. “We love sharing new authors of all genres for that fun summer beach read whether it’s a physical book or on an electronic device!”

Bedside Reading’s complimentary books can be found at the following hotels and inns on the East End: Mill House Inn, The Maidstone, Southampton Inn, 1708 House, MARRAM Montauk, Journey East Hampton and Baker House 1650. Bedside Reading’s next Hamptons weekend is October 6.
