'A Christmas Carol' Reading by Laura Jasper

Laura Jasper, a local actor and theater artist, will present a one-woman reading of “A Christmas Carol” by Charles Dickens on Sunday, December 15, at 1 p.m. at the Masonic Temple in Sag Harbor. Take a journey to the London of 1843 and get to know Dickens’s perennial characters: Scrooge, Jacob Marley and the other ghosts, who in Dickens’s words “may haunt you pleasantly.” This wonderful tale of the essence of the holiday season is suitable for all audiences.

This is a free reading, however a donation of a canned food is appreciated for the local food pantry. The Masonic Temple is at 200 Main Street in Sag Harbor, above the Sag Harbor Whaling & Historical Museum.
