On Saturday, May 3, at 8 p.m., The Suffolk welcomes back Frontiers, a tribute to Journey.

Audiences know they’re in for a treat when Steve Perry says, “Hands down, Frontiers is my favorite tribute to Journey,” and Neal Schon says “My favorite Journey tribute band, Frontiers.”

These five talented New York City area musicians recreate the music of Journey to perfection, note for note — every nuance, every iconic riff, all the feels.

Frontiers covers all the greatest hits of Journey, taking audiences back to the late 1970s during Journey’s magical inception with Gregg Rolie and Neal Schon; and to the 1980s with Steve Perry and Jonathan Cain, when Journey’s timeless chart-topping hits such as “Open Arms,” “Separate Ways,” “Send Her My Love,” “Faithfully,” “Don’t Stop Believing” and so many others ruled the airwaves.

ITickets are $39 to $65 at thesuffolk.org. The Suffolk is at 118 East Main Street in Riverhead.
