Tom Cugliani, curator of the inaugural Sculpture@Sylvester Manor exhibition, leads a specially reserved 90-minute tour for The Church participants at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 7, at 10 a.m. Participants should meet at the Shelter Island side of the Ferry Terminal at 10 a.m. or at Sylvester Manor at 10:15 a.m. to get a final look at the exhibition before it closes the following day.

The ambitious project, which spans a small portion of the woodlands and gardens of the former plantation, features 25 esteemed local artists. While some of the works included address the former slaveholding plantation’s past, others address the context of the natural landscape and the changes it has undergone. For more information about the exhibition and for a full list of artists visit the Sylvester Manor exhibition page at sylvestermanor.org/sculpture/.

Tickets are $20. Transportation and ferry tickets are not included and must be purchased separately. For details visit thechurchsagharbor.org.
