The Watermill Center will host “Light + Air” on Saturday, December 16. A new experience that includes a creative workshop, an evening of art and performance and a private dinner in the residence, which serves as home to the Water Mill Center’s “AIRS” — artists-in-residence. The artists taking part are painter James Ulmer and dance artist Ogemdi Ude.

All ages are welcome to the event from 3 to 6 p.m. Ages 21 and over are welcome for the dinner event at 6:30 p.m. Tickets start at $100 (free for ages 18 and under) at watermillcenter.org. The Watermill Center is at 39 Water Mill Towd Road in Water Mill.
