Now that both parts of the acclaimed HBO Max documentary “Billy Joel: And So It Goes” have aired and buzz continues to build, Sag Harbor Cinema will host an exclusive one-night-only theatrical screening on Tuesday, August 27. This marks the only opportunity to view both parts of the film on the big screen.

Emmy Award-winning executive producer Steve Cohen will be on hand for a live Q&A alongside director Susan Lacy and co-director Jessica Levin. The evening will also include a special video greeting from Billy Joel himself.

Cohen, Joel’s longtime creative director, was handpicked by the artist to lead the documentary’s creative vision. He assembled the filmmaking team and shaped the project’s honest, independent narrative. In addition to the film, Cohen co-produced the companion seven-hour, 100-track digital album, “Billy Joel: And So It Goes,” which features eight previously unreleased songs, new mixes and rare live recordings.

Cohen’s career spans five decades, producing and designing for artists including Elton John, Mariah Carey, Justin Timberlake, Lenny Kravitz, Reba McEntire and *NSYNC. He currently has projects in development with Amazon Studios, MGM and The History Channel.

The screening will be held at Sag Harbor Cinema, located at 90 Main Street in Sag Harbor, New York. For more information and ticket updates, visit sagharborcinema.org.
